It comes with 4 removable suspenders with metal clips and has 3 sets of hook & eye settings enabling you to reduce the settings gradually or tighten / make larger as needed. In order to choose the correct size, measure your exact waist size before purchasing.

The key to waist training is compression, so the size chosen must be correct for the fit to be tight.    For an initial ‘comfortable’ fit, choose by your waist size, for higher compression, choose a size slightly smaller than your natural waist.
