The lace tops on all Ballerina hold-ups are delicate enough to be able to wear with a suspender belt and many of their photos do show them worn this way,  however there are two individual silicon bands to ensure the stockings are held firmly in place, so although pictured worn with a suspender belt, they are in fact hold-ups and can be worn either way.
