A. All orders are sent out the same day if ordered before 3.30pm. Orders after this time will be sent out the next day (Saturday cut off time is 11.30am).

A. We use Royal Mail or Click & Collect by Evri which offer different delivery times depending on whether you choose Free shipping (2nd class) or Tracked 24. See link above.

A. Yes, you can choose a different address for delivery at checkout by checking the ‘Choose alternative shipping address’ box.
A. Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam/junk folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Support to check whether we received your order.  Alternatively, if you created an account you can log in to check the status of your order.
A. On rare occasions, or for some remote areas, there can be a delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delayed arrivals as we rely on Royal Mail to delivery within their specified time frame, although 99% do arrive on time.  If the shipping time is significantly late, please contact our Support with your order number.  Most items are sent Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 so do receive delivery scans.  If you chose Guaranteed Next Day delivery this will require a signature.  If no-one is available to sign, the item will need to be collected from your local sorting office. We do know that on occasion, a card is not left so it is worth checking with your sorting office first.
A. As all orders are sent out same day, you would need to cancel your order asap to avoid it being posted. You may return items up to 30 after ordering. Please see our full returns policy
A. You can choose between Euros, UK £ or US $ by using the drop down arrow in the currency box at the top of the page. If you are using a different currency and paying by credit/debit card or Paypal, your card issuer will automatically convert whichever currency you use.
We can accept Amazon Payments, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards or Klarna.
A. Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
A. No, you can make your order and enter your details without the need to create an account. However, the benefit of choosing to create an account is that you will be able to shop faster on subsequent visits, keep up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. It also allows you to take advantage of loyalty points.
A. You would need to send the original item back to us for a refund or exchange. Please see our full returns policy
A. You should enter the voucher number/gift card number in the ‘coupon’ box at checkout.
A. If you have created an account an you will automatically gain loyalty points via our rewards system. These will be available for use on any future purchases. To redeem them, click on ‘Have Reward Points ?’ link on either the cart or checkout page and enter the number of points you wish to use. The monetary value will be deducted from your purchase total.
