How quickly is my order processed?
All orders are sent out the same day if ordered before 3.30pm. Orders after this time will be sent out the next day (Saturday cut off time is 11.30am).

Can my delivery go to an alternative address?
Yes, you can choose a different address for delivery at checkout.
Why haven’t I received confirmation of my order?
Some e-mail services incorrectly flag automated messages as spam – if you don´t receive anything, please check your spam folders first. You may also accidentally have provided an incorrect e-mail address – in this case please contact our Support to check whether we received your order. Alternatively, if you created an account you can log in to check the status of your order.
I haven’t received my order?
On rare occasions, or for some remote areas, there can be a delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delayed arrivals as we rely on Royal Mail to delivery within their specified time frame, although 99% do arrive on time. If the shipping time is significantly late, please contact our Support with your order number. Most items are sent recorded delivery so require a signature. If no-one is available to sign, the item will need to be collected from your local sorting office. We do know that on occasion, a card is not left so it is worth checking with your sorting office first.
Can I return the item or cancel my order?
As all orders are sent out same day, you would need to cancel your order asap to avoid it being posted. You may return items up to 30 after ordering. Please see our full returns policy
What currencies do you accept?
You can choose between Euros, UK £ or US $ by using the drop down arrow in the currency box at the top of the page. If you are using a different currency and paying by credit/debit card or Paypal, your card issuer will automatically convert whichever currency you use.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept Amazon Payments, Paypal, Credit/Debit Cards or payment over the telephone.
How safe are my details on your site?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.
Do I need to create an account with you?
No, you can make your order and enter your details without the need to create an account. However, the benefit of choosing to create an account is that you will be able to shop faster on subsequent visits, keep up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. It also allows you to take advantage of loyalty points.
How do I apply for a refund or exchange?
You would need to send the original item back to us for a refund or exchange. Please see our full returns policy
How do I redeem discounts vouchers of gift cards?
You will need to enter the voucher number/gift card number in the relevant box at checkout.
