Using our Website

Welcome to the new Swanky Pins Lingerie website.  We are really pleased with it and hope you enjoy using it.  We have taken our time creating it and worked hard to (hopefully) create a ‘navigation friendly’ site.   We want to make your shopping experience with us enjoyable and make it easy to find your perfect lingerie solutions.

On arrival, you can choose what language you want to view the site in, and the currency that you will be using. Although we only have a choice of Euros, US Dollars or UK Sterling, when paying by credit or debit card you card issuer will calculate the exchange rate on your behalf.

Navigating our Site

Clicking on ‘Shop’ will show a variety of products from all our categories, where you can filter by colour or price.  The colour filter will show all colours available in any item, whereas if you choose to shop by category this will narrow down the colours to those that are available only for items in that particular category.  You can also change your search criteria to sort by ‘Newly added’, ‘Most Popular’,  Ratings, or Price by using the dropdown on the ‘Default Sorting’ box to the top right of the products.   You can also type directly in the Search box found top left of the page.

Placing an Order

If you have previously registered for an account, use the ‘My Account’ link on the top menu and log in before placing your order.  This will save re-entering any address details and allow you to use any acquired loyalty points.

All individual products will state if they are out of stock, or if they are down to the final one in any size/colour.  Once you have chosen your items in the correct size & colour and added them to your cart, click on the cart icon at the top of the page.  You can then ‘View Cart’ or proceed straight to checkout.   Either page will give you the option to add any gift card or voucher coupon codes you may have to the relevant box, then just click ‘apply coupon’ and your cart will automatically be updated.

Customers can pay using our Checkout via Paypal, Amazon, credit/debit card or telephone. (see Payment Page).

Once you click Checkout button, you will be able to choose the delivery address. The default is the address of the account holder, but we do offer our customers the choice of entering an alternative delivery address, useful if the product you are buying is for a present. Should you require the item gift wrapped, or have any special requests, you can add this request in the ‘order notes’ box.

Under your address details, you will find your order details, the sub total, shipping costs and total order price. Please check the information carefully before clicking the ‘Place Order’ button.

Creating an Account

When placing an order, you will see a ‘Create an Account’ checkbox on the Checkout page.  You do not have to check it to make an order, but the advantage of creating an account with Swanky Pins Lingerie is that you will be able to shop faster on subsequent visits, keep up to date on an orders status, and keep track of the orders you have previously made.  It also allows you to take advantage of loyalty points.

You also have the option to join our newsletter on the checkout page, which offers friendly tips and advice as well as discount vouchers and advance news of new products.

We also want to create a community where users can share their own tips and stories so please do add your comments to our blog, or send us your thoughts to [email protected].

Loyalty Rewards

We offer a fantastic rewards scheme whereby all registered customers can earn a ‘cashback’ off future orders.  To become eligible for loyalty points, you will need to create an account by checking the ‘create an account’ box at checkout.  Each point is worth 5% of the order total so for a £30 order, you will receive £1.50/$1.50/1.50 Euro towards your next purchase.  Points can be redeemed as soon as you have 30.

Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed in conjunction with another offer – for example if you are using one of our discount codes.

Back Orders / Out of Stock

If an item is showing out of stock, it may be possible to place an order so please contact us.  All back orders are sent out to you within 1 working day of us receiving our stock.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers can be purchased for any amount and can be emailed directly to the recipient with a message of your choice.  Alternatively, you can request a gift voucher to be sent by post.    You can buy a gift voucher here or at the checkout stage of your order.  Gift vouchers can be redeemed by entering the code at checkout.

Wishlist

Any product can be added to your wishlist and will stay there until you remove it by clicking on the red cross next to the item’s photo.  This can be great for reminding you what you have looked at and liked, as well as enabling you to send to others – giving them an idea of what to buy you for birthdays, Christmas or just as a treat.
