On rare occasions, or for some remote areas, there can be a delay in receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for delayed arrivals as we rely on Royal Mail to delivery within their specified time frame, although 99% do arrive on time.   If the shipping time is significantly late, please contact our Support with your order number.   Most items are sent Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 so do receive delivery scans.   If you chose Guaranteed Next Day delivery this will require a signature.   If no-one is available to sign, the item will need to be collected from your local sorting office.  We do know that on occasion, a card is not left so it is worth checking with your sorting office first.

We can accept Amazon Payments, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Credit/Debit Cards or Klarna.

You can choose between Euros, UK £ or US $ by using the drop down arrow in the currency box at the top of the page. If you are using a different currency and paying by credit/debit card or Paypal, your card issuer will automatically convert whichever currency you use.
