Shipping – Delivery – Returns


Delivery Information:

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail First Class which usually arrives the next day, although customers should give it 5 working days before contacting us if the item does not arrive.

Order placed before 3.30pm will be shipped the same day providing they are in stock and any orders made after this time will be sent the following day. Orders are posted on Saturday mornings but only those placed before 11.30am. Any orders placed after this time will be posted on the Monday.

It is possible to place orders for out of stock items, but please contact us first to ensure we will be getting the items in. Any out of stock orders will be posted immediately the item becomes available. Customers will be kept informed.

Postage Times

According to Royal Mail delivery times are approximately as follows:

UK First Class: 1 – 3 working days
Europe: 3 – 5 working days
USA / Canada: 4 – 12 working days
Rest of the World: 7 – 14 working days
Guaranteed Nex Day Delivery (UK only): Before 1pm the following day. However, orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive on a Saturday. They may do, but as it is not guaranteed it could be the following Monday.

Postage Costs:

Guaranteed Next working day Special Delivery (UK Only): £6.95
Europe: £4.95 (no matter the size of the order)
International/Worldwide: £6.95 (no matter the size of the order)





We understand that occasionally buyers may need to return their orders or part thereof, whether due to a fault in the product itself or with our service (if we have mistakenly sent an incorrect order), the size or colour is incorrect or perhaps you just don’t like the product once you receive it. Our returns policy allows you 45 days to return the item unworn and in its original undamaged packaging alongside your order number and a brief note stating the reason for the return.  The returned item must be in its original condition to enable us to re-sell it or return it to our supplier if it is defective.

Please also state whether you require an exchange (for the same item in a different size, or an alternative product) or a refund.

A full refund including return postage costs will be made if we have made any errors in your order or the item was defective on arrival.

For items returned that are not faulty or where no errors have been made in the order by ourselves, unfortunately we cannot refund the cost of the return postage.

Exchanges: Should you decide to exchange a product we will not charge postage costs for the replacement item to be sent. Once we have received the original item, your replacement item will be sent within 1 working day.

We are not able to offer a refund or exchange on an item where a customer does not have proof of posting should the item not arrive safely.

No refund can be offered for items that appear to have been worn or are not return in original inner packaging.

Once your return arrives in an acceptable condition a refund or replacement will be processed.
