SHIPPING – DELIVERY

Delivery Information:

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail which usually arrives within 1-3 days, although customers should give it 7 working days before contacting us if the item does not arrive.

Order placed before 3.30pm will be shipped the same day providing they are in stock and any orders made after this time will be sent the following day. Orders are posted on Saturday mornings but only those placed before 11.30am. Any orders placed after this time will be posted on the Monday.

It is possible to place orders for out of stock items, but please contact us first to ensure we will be getting the items in. Any out of stock orders will be posted immediately the item becomes available. Customers will be kept informed.

Customs Charges

Import fees are the responsibility of the buyer – we do not add these at checkout.  Most packages do not incur an extra charge, but if they are held up in customs in the buyers country, it is the duty of the buyer to pay them.  Items are often not returned to us and if they are can take up to 2 months to arrive.  We cannot offer refunds on any items that are not collected if they do not arrive safely back here.

Postage Times

According to Royal Mail delivery times are approximately as follows:

UK First Class: 1-2 working days / Second Class 2-3 days.
Europe: 5-7 working days
USA / Canada: 4 – 12 working days
Rest of the World: 7 – 14 working days
Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (UK only): Before 1pm the following day. However, orders placed on Friday are not guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive on a Saturday. They may do, but as it is not guaranteed it could be the following Monday.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery will arrive on Saturday before 1pm.

Postage Costs:

UK – FREE POSTAGE (2nd class) or £1.99 for 1st Class
Guaranteed Next working day Special Delivery (UK Only): £6.95 – Monday to Friday deliveries only.  Any item sent on a Friday is not guaranteed to arrive on a Saturday – although it can do.
Guaranteed Saturday Delivery – £11.95.   For orders placed on a Friday, this will guarantee arrival on a Saturday morning.

Click & Collect – £3.99.  To use the Click & Collect service, check the ‘ship to a different address’ box and enter the delivery address of the store you want it delivered to. Choose the ‘Click and Collect’ postage option. You can check for your nearest store or locker address on the following link:

NOTE:  Royal Mail cannot deliver to Packstations, used mainly in Germany.  Packstations are owned by DHL which is not compatible with Royal Mail, who use GLS as their carrier in Germany.
