But is a 1950’s Bullet Bra Really for Me?

• Tricky sizing? Vintage bras are sized differently, but it’s simple: the band measures 3–4 inches smaller than your underbust. (Example: if you measure 34”, choose a 38 band.)
• Will it show under clothes? No — the circular stitching lies smoothly, giving you a clean, structured silhouette under blouses, sweaters, or dresses.

How to Find Your Perfect Fit

1. Measure snugly around your under-bust.
2. Add 3–4 inches to find your band size.
3. Select your usual cup size.

(Example: 34” underbust + 4” = size 38 band.  If your cup size is C you should choose a 38C).  From my own experience, with an underbust measurement of 28″,  I can wear a 32 on the tightest setting or a 34 on the loosest setting.  Both fit just as well.

When between sizes go up for comfort, bearing in mind that when you go up a band size you should really go down a cup size.
